Best customer service I've ever dealt with! So I bought a 2010 f350 turbo diesel and also purchased an extended warranty that was offered by a separate entity. The the turbos in my truck happene So I bought a 2010 f350 turbo diesel and also purchased an extended warranty that was offered by a separate entity. The the turbos in my truck happened to fail after about 8 or 9 months of owning the truck. The warranty company denied my claim and refused to fix something they had said they were actually liable to cover. The warranty company offered me back 28% of my $2,600 and said it's the best they can offer if I cancelled my policy and they "pro rated" it til before the parts failed. Diesel World and there team were extremely helpful Everytime I called. They made some calls and fixed the problem and got me a Full refund. They weren't at fault but they still did all the talking with the warranty company when I couldn't get anywhere with them at all. They immediately sent my refund in full to me and I was able to buy the parts I need to get the truck fixed with the money. Thanks again for the great service this will be the first place I look whenever I am searching for a great truck. Awesome selection and even better service! More
