Thank you for your kindness and doing what you said you'd do, plus more! I called the dealership and was connected with Caleb in Service. After explaining my issue and the very poor experience I had wi do, plus more! I called the dealership and was connected with Caleb in Service. After explaining my issue and the very poor experience I had with another local dealership that created the issue and wanted $420 to fix the issue, Caleb asked that I bring my vehicle to him, he'd get me in immediate and have someone specifically assigned to help me. I was at the dealership an hour after our phone conversation, he introduced me to his colleague and 15 minutes later, my vehicle was returned, FIXED! The colleague went through several wheel lock keys until she found the correct one that matches my wheel, removed the wheel locks and replaced with new lugs. I asked where I can pay for the lugs and was told there would be no charge for the service or parts. What one dealership couldn't and WOULDN'T do for a customer, another exceeded all expectations and with pure kindness! Thank you so much - I will definitely use CB for my future new vehicle purchases and all services. Please give Caleb an "atta boy," high five and gold star! He could definitely teach others about customer service and how positive experiences evolve to repeat customer purchases! Thank you, again, Caleb! More

Original repair was 02/03/26. Took the car back after finally getting an appointment and they still didn’t fix it. They want to charge another $2k+ to fix an issue they created. After being told to come back again in a week, I asked was the car safe to drive and was told yes but I needed to check the oil every day after the car cooled for 30 minutes. That means it was not safe to drive. Multiple repeat customers continue to come back after service repairs are not done properly. They do to ur to charge people and have horrible mechanics. More
We recently made a car purchase on short notice when our car blew an engine. We were intending to just do some research but Jim, our sales rep, did a terrific job of showing us exactly what we wanted. He wa car blew an engine. We were intending to just do some research but Jim, our sales rep, did a terrific job of showing us exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough and patient even though it was a busy day. Alex in the business office finalized the purchase very expeditiously. I would highly recommend Carl Black to anyone need a reputable dealer. More

I was somewhat surprised when they gave me a list of items of repairs and or services that needed to be completed. The price they quoted me for the repair was substantially higher than I anticipated. I remove my wheels monthly to clean them. I removed my wheels shortly after taking my vehicle to Carl Black and one of the lug nuts, the rear passenger wheel, broke as I was removing it. As soon as I applied pressure to the lug nut, I knew it was cross threaded. As the lug nut came off, the tip of the wheel stud came off along with the lug nut. This is significant because a list of repairs that were recommended was the rear brakes to be serviced. That included having the rotors turned, new brake pads installed because the break pads currently installed on my vehicle only had a millimeter of pad left. The only way to give that detailed of diagnosis was to remove the wheels. There is no way to come to that determination by looking through the wheel at the rotors and break pads. Especially the interior break pad. I took my vehicle back to Carl Black to explain to them what happened in hopes that they would repair the broken lug nut. Of course they did not. The service advisor, which shall go unnamed, consulted with the technician who conducted the inspection of my vehicle who claimed that he never removed my rear wheels. My question is, how do you give someone that detailed of a recommendation to replace my rear breaks and have the rotors turned if you don’t remove the wheels. They are requiring me to pay for the damage they caused to my vehicle. On top of that, I found other damage caused by the lift. Not minor damage but significant damage that as it occurred the technician would have to know. The damage was so severe, I could not jack my vehicle until the damage was repaired. I’m not sure why they were so careless with my vehicle. Maybe because the age, being a 2012, but to me, my vehicle is special to me. It is paid for and it has been good to me. I’m just taken aback by this entire situation was handled. To add insult to injury, I ended up taking my vehicle to another repair facility to have the wheel bearing replaced at considerably less than what was quoted to me by Carl Black. I am just left feeling hurt and disappointed. Is this how they treat their customers, and veterans? More
Recently traded for a used Ram 2500. The whole thing felt rushed. I was told that they would put fuel and DEF in the truck and that the truck had been fully serviced. Was told there was The whole thing felt rushed. I was told that they would put fuel and DEF in the truck and that the truck had been fully serviced. Was told there was a second key FOB and that they would mail it to me when they found it. ALL LIES! Left with the fuel and DEF on empty and a week later the engine light comes on and the truck regens a lot. Come to find out when I checked the oil and air filter it had never been serviced. Air filter was completely blocked and the oil dip stick showed it over full by a lot. Both of which cause the engine light to come on, frequent regens and under-boost. Local dealership confirmed this when they pulled the codes from the ECM. Talked to my salesmen ( Reece ) a number of times and seems they don't want to do anything for me. Cost me over $500 to get the truck fixed and serviced and will cost me an additional $250 for another key FOB. If you are considering this dealership for service or purchasing a vehicle, DON'T! They're scam artist and don't look out for there customers. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! More

They don’t know what they have in stock. In Hiram and Kennesaw locations they have failed to contact me when something comes in, and what they have online is not in their inventory.
