He was friendly, never gave the vibe off that he was uninterested or "just in it for the money," he exhibited a huge knowing for the entire lot selection and even took a picture with me after the sale was final. I was treated unprofessionally by the service department. I contacted the dealership to have my airbag recall work done. They had me drive to the dealership to examine the airbag and ordered it. No problem, I understand. Two weeks later they called me and made the appointment for the installation. When I arrived they refused to service the call and said to take it to another dealership. Completely unprofessional and rude. Sales department is as slippery. Go buy a FORD they didn't take the bail out! More

I spoke to my sales representative and just inquired about the new Buick Encore SUV. We found on that I loved and did the paperwork to see how we could do a deal. I was advised that Carl Black would only pay 4,000 for a car I paid 12,000 last year for. After being puzzled I did a quick Kelley blue book to see comparables and this was lower than the low end on Kelly Blue book. I asked my sales rep why he advised it was due to my Verano being discontinued. I sat there for three hours as they tried to get me to put down 3,000 and still carry over thousands from my verano to the new loan. I refused and walked away. I took my car to another dealership to see what they would say. They advised my car was in a accident prior to my purchase and that was the cause of the low evaluation. My grandmother worked for GM for 35 years and retired. I have only driven GM products my whole life. I am appalled at the dishonesty hiding something like that to make a quick buck. BUYER BEWARE SOLD US A CAR WITH MOLD!!! WE recently purchased a used vehicle from Carl Black Kennesaw which had been previously owned by an employee there. After a few months we come to fin WE recently purchased a used vehicle from Carl Black Kennesaw which had been previously owned by an employee there. After a few months we come to find out that there is water in our trunk. We took the vehicle in for service to find out that there were hoses not attached properly and the carpets seats etc were full of mold. The service manager said that this mold had to be there for a long time. Needless to say we wanted it fixed and were told that we had to pay 1100.00 for this. Needless to say we are extremely upset about 1) the health concern of driving a vehicle full of mold 2) Carl Black would not take responsibility and sold us a vehicle that they knew had a safety issue. 3) we were treated with no care or consideration from management. Carl Black Kennesaw has no integrity or care. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
