I had an appointment to get my brake fluid flushed/changed at 9am . I was there on time and service promptly got started at 9 and was done in about 45 minutes. No problem with that. The problem I have is that when I called and made the appointment ask asked the service coordinator what the charge would be. I was told $249 plus tax. When I received my invoice, I noticed I was charged $26.79 more for "shop supplies/environmental fee. I was conveniently NOT told this on the phone when I made the appointment. When I brought this to the service managers attention his response was "don't get mad at us, it's a government thing". Well customers need to know about these fees when a customer makes the appointment. I mentioned this to the sales manager, the finance manager, and the service manager and nobody cared. They watched a dissatisfied customer walk out the door. I would not recommend this dealership for this very reason. More
