This was my second purchase from this dealership. The entire process was seamless because I knew exactly what I wanted and I had pretty much secured my loan prior to visiting. My only issue this time was that I purchased another luxury vehicle and I was disappointed to find out that my vehicle didn't come with a cargo cover. So, this time I will give 4 stars instead of 5. But other than that, I can say I have enjoyed doing business with CarMax and if given a chance I would probably purchase again from them More

The worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. My vehicle was financed incorrectly by $10,000, car had to be returned and repurchased two weeks later. Car nearly overheated on the road, had to tow and repair immediately and I am waiting for reimbursement after 2 months. Found out the CarMax plus warranty wasn’t needed because it had a powertrain warranty already that Carmax should have seen. Still playing phone tag as management is clearly hiding from paying me back. Customer care office is slow. Managers at this location are overwhelmed and slow to respond. Do not buy a car from Carmax and especially from this location. I discovered it is the largest Carmax store in the US and clearly has no quality control. More
