This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from them. The reps are very helpful and professional. They work with you until you find the right fit. The veh was halfway detailed and whatever repairs was made they didn't reset the system so the service message kept popping up. I did call and go back up there for them to take care of it. This was my second purchase from this dealership. The entire process was seamless because I knew exactly what I wanted and I had pretty much secured my loan prior to visiting. I traded in a vehicle and each time I felt I was compensated well. I take very good care of my vehicles, so there was no issue there. My only issue this time was that I purchased another luxury vehicle and I was disappointed to find out that my vehicle didn't come with a cargo cover. So, this time I will give 4 stars instead of 5. But other than that, I can say I have enjoyed doing business with CarMax and if given a chance I would probably purchase again from them More
