The online experience was good, but the process of getting the car was not. They repeatedly missed target dates related to getting the car. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and it took about four hours. The vehicle itself come to find out how a blown head gasket and was sold to me like that. I was given a loaner, which was very nice but no communication has been had between myself and the service department. This is very frustrating and not very good business practice to keep customers updated on the happenings of their vehicle. More
