Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. The first person they connected us with was very nice, but was not trained enough and wasted a lot of our time. The online experience was good, but the process of getting the car was not. They repeatedly missed target dates related to getting the car. They failed to show up when they were supposed to deliver getting the car was not. They repeatedly missed target dates related to getting the car. While I would consider CarMax again, I can't recommend this location. More
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and it took about four hours. The vehicle itself come to find out how a blown head gasket and was sold to me like that. I was given a loaner, which was very nice but no communication has been had between myself and the service department. This is very frustrating and not very good business practice to keep customers updated on the happenings of their vehicle. More

The service dept. is not great. My car was there for 3 days. Nobody called me to provide status of my car. I called multiple times and got the answering service who sa is not great. I called multiple times and got the answering service who said they are leaving notes in my file but the service dept. never checked the notes. I had to go there in person twice to get an update on my car, both times just to be told my car still hadn’t been looked at. I ended up getting a loner car from service and the car reeked of cigarettes. After my car was there for 3 days they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car and there clearly is an issue. Not looking forward to dealing with the service dept. again. More

My only complaint is the additional 45-minute long wait that we had for our 2:30 appointment time, which we showed up on time for. It was Saturday afternoon, which is likely the busiest period of the week. However, it would have been a better experience if our wait for a service rep would have taken less time. To our sales rep's credit, she provided us with a free tank of gas as an apology for our earlier wait. More
