The staff was great, efficient, and the financing was very smooth. Unfortunately, there were very serious quality control issues. As soon as I got home, I detected issues and took it to the nearest Repai very smooth. Unfortunately, there were very serious quality control issues. As soon as I got home, I detected issues and took it to the nearest Repair Pal authorized repair garage. They pointed out that pointed out that the sun/moonroof wasn't working at all, and worse (I am quoting the report) that "all suspension struts are weak and rusty at all mounting points. Front right axle boot has moderate leak present." There was other stuff, amounting to over $4000 of repair! I should have been more careful before buying it. Still, it is a nice car, so I will probably bite the bullet and repair it. Carmax will look at it, as the car is under the 90 day warranty, but it's a long drive there to the branch, and I need to repair it locally. But the Service Advisor says they won't cover it at a local authorized Repair Pal auto shop - only the dealership where I bought it. So, while I somewhat recommend the dealership, be careful. Get the car evaluated by an independent service!! No matter what. More
