Car was supposed to be delivered to my house, I had to drive crosstown to pick it up. There was an error on the reading of the odometer, where the car showed 77,000 miles, and someone online had added a 1 drive crosstown to pick it up. While the individual I dealt with was nice, and seemed competent. And most importantly, I like the vehicle that I purchased. I doubt I would deal with Carmax again, and certainly not the Henderson branch. More
