I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). the purchase process was very easy and Ron Brock was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only disappointment was not being aware that in order to cancel the warranty, we had to basically return the purchased knowledgeable and helpful.
