Financing secured online, but we didn’t go with the car w the Shreveport location. It was seamless and worry-free - just like my first experience. Although our original choice was a transfer from another location, we were not made to feel guilty about not moving forward. Our decision change was last minute and caused everyone to stay late to seal the deal. We closed and drove out with no issues. I would do it all over again if I had to. More

I had to wait quite a while to get my paperwork done, which I didn't expect since I had filled out most of the info. online, uploaded my DL and did not finance through Carmax. When I left with the vehicle, the branch removed the stickers from the sides and front of the car, but I was left with sticker residue all over the windows which I had to clean off myself. I would have imagined that after spending over $40K on a car, I would be leaving the lot with clean windows. More
