I want to start by saying I am not a big review writer. I also don't believe every review I read online. After my experience at this dealership, I was compelled to post a review. After finding a vehicle I also don't believe every review I read online. After my experience at this dealership, I was compelled to post a review. After finding a vehicle on their website that interested me, My wife and I went to the showroom to take a look. The information provided on the website was accurate and the pictures were very detailed. When we arrived at the showroom at opening time on a Saturday we were greeted immediately, offered assistance. We were not anywhere close to a buying decision at this point we just wanted to look at the vehicle, and "Try it on." after about 10 minutes we decided we liked the vehicle but we wanted to look at others and consider whether we wanted to purchase. We talked to Chris and let him know we liked his vehicle, but we were not ready to make a decision. He provided us with his card and personal contact information, and we were out the door. That's correct no pressure at all, thanked us for coming in, and we got the information we needed in 10 mins. and we left. We looked at 4 other dealers with similar vehicles both new and used and we did some online recon, all day Saturday. About 8:30 that evening I contacted Chris by text and asked if we could schedule a test drive. He immediately responded and set us up with an appointment for Monday. It is worth mentioning the experience we had at all 4 other dealers was a complete waste of time. I don't want to muddy this review up with the bad experiences we had at all 4 other dealers. We reached out to Chris again on Monday morning to confirm our appointment for later that day. He again responded quickly and said they would have the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected and to our surprise they had already pulled the vehicle out of the showroom and it was ready waiting for us. Chris made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and sent us on our way. After a 30 minute test drive, we returned. I told Chris I didn't want to make an all day affair out of this, "I am ready to buy and this is what I am willing to pay, I have dinner plans in 2 hours. So we have about 45 mins. We are leaving with or without a deal." Within about 10mins James came out and accepted our offer. We spend more time test driving the car than we spent making a deal. If are a car person and you have reasonable expectations when purchasing anything used, this is the place for you. We purchased a Polaris Slingshot which is not a very pricey vehicle compared to the Tesla's. Corvette's, BMW's, Astin Martins, HellCat's and High end trucks, they have in their inventory, and we were treated like we were their best customer. Since we had dinner plans we signed our deal and made arrangements to come back the next day to take delivery. Katie in the business office, took care of our paperwork quickly to get us out the door for dinner. Delivery the next day was completely as promised, by the time we left we were laughing and having a great time with everyone working there. Thank you to everyone at Carolina Auto Direct. Saw BMW motorcycle on the internet, and stopped by the dealership on my way back to Fl. Bike was as advertised,almost like new. Chris took care of me,very nice and informative. I understand as is... when I got to the dealer they didn’t like the sorta dealership that would get over on you. Especially when you spend that kind of money .I purchased a 2019 Polaris slingshot. I asked if they were able to go down on the price and they said it has a 2100.00 sound system and it has LED lights so that’s why it’s priced like that. Ok fair enough... now I don’t have to spend my money on light and music. Needless to say I now have to purchase both three speakers are blown and the LED lights don’t work. It was a friendly environment is this you just can’t trust anyone. Lesson learned More

To begin with, we found their asking price online to be very fair, which was part of the reason we pursued this pickup in the first place. Our first contact was via a phone call with Jeff, who provided us a detailed description of the pickup we bought. Being from southern Georgia, we wanted to make sure it checked all of our squares before making the trek to Mooresville, NC. Jeff described it perfectly; it was exactly as we expected it would be. The transaction itself was very smooth and relaxing. We started with Jeff, who helped us with the test drive, showed us the details of the pickup, then initiated the paperwork. We completed the paperwork with James, who was able to get us a loan with a LOW interest rate, and ensured we understood all aspects of the purchase. Throughout the process, there was never any feeling of pressure; everything was very straight-forward. Both gentlemen were very professional, while also being very genuine and personal.
