Jonathan introduced himself to me and my two children and he proceeded with questions about what made me stop at Carolina Chrysler on that day. My experience was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a salesman and at a dealership period. Jonathan made sure that he understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and any question I had for him, he provided the answer. I was very skeptical about talking to a salesman after bad experiences in the past but Jonathan made my experience a great one. His smile and welcoming personality is what made me come back to test drive and actually see what could be done for someone like me looking to purchase a new vehicle. I am now looking into purchasing a Jeep Cherokee instead of a Jeep Wrangler and things are looking good so far.
