Do not buy here. Look at the Talked to Scott Reeves yesterday and he told me the truck I had seen on line was there. I arrived today and was told Scott quit 2 days ago. They told me the truck he said w yesterday and he told me the truck I had seen on line was there. I arrived today and was told Scott quit 2 days ago. They told me the truck he said was there was sold an hour before, but "we would like to sell you another truck." The truck they said was sold this morning is still on line. Matt was wonderful. He was friendly and worked very hard to find us a vehicle after some confusion caused the vehicle we were supposed to be purchasing to be unavailable to us. Rachel and Brad were great through our whole process in trying to negotiate a comfortable price we wanted on the Grand Cherokee we found and love! I went to the dealership to trade my truck due to me losing my job and could no longer afford the higher payment, I ended up buying another Ford F-150 for a cheaper monthly payment. It rained a few days losing my job and could no longer afford the higher payment, I ended up buying another Ford F-150 for a cheaper monthly payment. It rained a few days later and I noticed the back window has several leaking areas allowing water inside the truck. I had the opportunity to take the truck on the Interstate a few days after I noticed the window leak and the truck sounds horrible. The Torque Converter needs to be replaced and coming home lastnight the Transmission started slipping. I have called Cody starting a few days after I bought the truck and I am still waiting on him to call me back! I was looking for help and ended up getting screwed. They will never get my business or my in laws business again. I feel they should be shut down! More

I was interested in a minivan that was advertised on your website but it had already sold when I arrived to look. My experience with the salesman Scott Reeves was GREAT! He was very helpful and assisted me in all of my needs. However, once the sale was turned over to the finance guy, my experience was not a pleasant o He was very helpful and assisted me in all of my needs. However, once the sale was turned over to the finance guy, my experience was not a pleasant one and if Mr. Reeve had not been the one who gave me the followup call to attempt to remedy the situation, I would never have purchased from your dealership. I commend Mr. Reeves on his professionalism and his willingness to please the customer. Your finance guy could use some lessons on customer relations from Mr. Reeves. It is because of Scott that I still would recommend your dealership to my friends.....but would also make sure that they ask for Scott. More
