I came in to purchase a specific Chrysler 200 that I saw on the Dealers website. I had worked with Steve Grandon in the past and asked him to work out the financing on the car.I had already given all of the on the Dealers website. He called me early the next day and said it was done if I wanted the car. I asked him to get all of the paperwork ready and get me in and out quickly. When I went in my car was ready and the finance office was completing the paperwork. I love the car and would recommend this dealership and Steve to anyone. When I emailed the dealership, I was very abrupt in my email, and expected nothing more than the service I had got before, if any at all. Mr.Birket was understanding about the experiences we had and kindly let us know that he would do everything he could to help us get to were we wanted to be. So, we spoke on the phone, and made plans to meet. From the moment I walked up to meet Mr.Birket till the time I left, I was treated as any other customer would have been treated, with respect, dignity, and nothing less than that. I actually felt as if I was their only customer for the day. He and his staff worked very hard to make our sale possible. Mr.Birket gave me his word he would help me any way he possibly could. Overall experience was great, the associates were nice and I was able to get a truck that I love. A few things that I wasn't fond of was the lack of speed, and the unwillingness to negotiate the price. Al and I was able to get a truck that I love. Not being from Lugoff, SC, I was apprehensive of making the drive down to Carolina CDJ. Scott assured me it would be worth my while and he turned out to be correct. My only complaint would be that I feel my trade-in was undervalued. If we received $1000 more for the trade this experience would have been perfect.
