I had initially just stopped in the get an oil change. I went to the sales floor to look around and got into a conversation with Wayne. After a couple weeks of pondering whether I should or shouldnt purchase a new Ram, I decided if I got a good enough deal, I would. After finding the vehicle I wanted, I thought the price was a bit high, but then Chris ( Sales Manager ) came over and worked with me until we were both satisfied.Talmadge signed me up for the Lockjack and Ext warranty and when the vehicle arrived from Florida, the guys cleaned it up and called me in. They had me in and out in about an hour. Wayne made sure all was good with the truck as well as showing me every function and feature on the radio and steering wheel. This was by far the least pressuring, best sales experience I have had to date. Thanks Guys!! More

Richard Nicholas met us in the showroom and was extremely helpful in answering our questions and giving us an opportunity to drive the vehicle. We appreciated his patience and the fact that he encouraged, but did not pressure us to move forward. Naturally we had no intention of buying a vehicle on our first visit, but Chris, the floor manager, worked with us on price and trade-in value until we couldn't say no. Talmadge Bookert handled the financial details promptly and efficiently and we drove home in a new Cherokee, very happy with the whole process. We had planned to visit multiple dealerships, but felt no need to do that after our experience in Lugoff.
