Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I got a promotion ad in the mail and went in to check my #. When I got there Mr. Marty Reynolds came up and introduced himself and offered to help me. I was paying on a Suzuki Grand Vitara and had a year to go. Then Marty asked if a loan oculd be gotten on a new car would I be interested. I said yes. I told him what I was looking for in a car, not knowing exactly what kind I wanted. He then showed me a Dodge Avenger, asked if I liked what I saw. From there he told me all about it, answered all the questions I had, even as I thought about them. It was amazing, the amount of knowledge he had about the car and the patience he had with me. I have never owned a Dodge and didn't know if I really wanted one. In the course of the afternoon, I picked the color I wanted, decided to try to trade the one vehicle for the other. Marty got the paperwork together for me to get signed, which he exploained each piece of paper too, so I knew what I was signing for. Then he took me to the office of Mr Bookert who did the final paperwork. He went out of his way also to get me the best deal and got everything else ready to finalize the deal. I didn't understand all of the details at first but with the signing got the info I needed to know what was going on. I would just like to state that both gentlemen were professonal and made me feel comfortable the whole tim. Marty though wss with me longer and the who time, he was smiling, very nice, just a wonderful gentleman. I have met different salesmen in my life for various things I have and have not bought. I have never met one like him that made me feel welcome. He did not make me feel like I was taking up his valuable time and he had to rush me. He did not force me into a decision but allowed me to make up my own mind based on the information he gave me to work with. He is truly a very wonderful salesman and a great asset to your company. I hope he goes a long way. I know that I will recommend him to anybody I know that needs a new vehicle, and right now I know a couple. He should be commended for the great job he did. My husband and I arrived at the dealership at closing time. We did not see any salesmen but Scott saw us looking at the used cars and came and showed us about 4 trucks before we found the one we wanted. time. With the keys already locked up he went and found the manager who was still there and got him to get us the keys to be able to test drive the truck in the parking lot. We wanted the truck so Scott stayed as well as Talmadge the business mgr. to complete the paperwork. We were there till a few minute till 10PM. They even brought us a meal from the McDonald's acrosss the street. My husband is diabetic and we had missed supper to stay and do the paperwork for the truck. Now that is what I call above and beyond. I know the reputation that car salesmen have but this dealership has customer orientated salesmen. If you are lookng for a vehicle New or Used and whether you find what you are looking for or not at least look here first. The customer service is well worth it. More
