The staff was thorough and professional in their dealings with us. Richard was very helpful and allowed us to explore the lot without breathing down our necks. Talmadge was very pleasant and professional in the finance office as well. 24 hours after we left the dealership, the car, a used Ford Explorer, had a ball bearing come out and we left the car at the dealership on Sunday in the service bay. I was able to call the emergency number on the service bay door and immediately made contact with the service manager on a Sunday evening. The dealership agreed to fix the repair at their cost with no charge incurred by my husband or I to fix it. The repair was promptly done and the vehicle was returned to us on that Monday evening. Above and beyond to make us happy. Love the vehicle. More
