I have been disabled for almost 4 years due to severe back issues. I have always driven a Ford SUV but after a bump up with my car, I rented a van. I was very impressed with the ease of getting in and out and the comfortable ride. After looking for several months at all types of vehicles, I came back to one of the first I had looked at. It was the Chrysler Town and Country Touring Van. Yesterday I stopped for a few minutes on my way to a doctors appointment and was greeted immediately by Richard Nicholas. I explained I only had a few minutes but wanted to drive the van quickly. I explained that I was on my way to a doctor's appointment and didn't have time to talk but wanted a quote on the best deal I could get. He called me while at the doctor and then his manager called me and over the phone we made our deal. This was excellent for me because of my condition. While doing the paperwork for purchasing this vehicle, I was greeted by several sales people and offered twice something to drink. After purchasing, Richard went out and showed me all the neat features that I had no idea was on it. Being disabled, one of my favorite features is the dim light feature that will automatically dim lights when meeting a vehicle and then return to bright. I am very happy with my new vehicle and the service I was given. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Richard to my friends. More
