He then told me about a 2005 Dodge Dakota 4x4 that had just came in on trade and took me behind the dealership to look it over. There were a few issues with the truck that Richard and I identified, he took the initiative to ensure that that repairs were made and four days later I took it home a very happy owner! He did not come off as the typical used card salesman at all. He immediately struck me as a warm-hearted, honest and hard-working person who was genuinely interested in addressing our needs. He wasn't pushy and didn't seem interested in trying to hurry up and sell us a vehicle. He took a lot of time to get to know my wife and I. He wanted to know about our family to make sure he knew exactly what we needed in a vehicle. He listened to us...really listened to us.
