Carolina Hyundai of High Point

Felt pressured into buying this car from the sales person and the dealer. Do not have great credit and they sold me a car that was out of my price range. Just an ok experience. Should have bought from another dealer in town.

It was one of the greatest experiences that I have ever had with a sales man. I only wish that our society had more honest and dedicated people in the work place. Not only does he sale you a car, but his attitude is o warm and friendly. Donald Crafton in my eyes is one of the best salesmen that I have ever had the opportunity to buy a car from. I pray that he will never leave your business.

We purchased a car from another dealership and had some warranty issues with it. Because Carolina Hyundai was closer we always took it to them for repair. The staff and mechanics were simply awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work you need to have done. We had an unusual circumstance and they went above and beyond to see that we were satisfied every time.

From a sales perspective everything went very smoothly and the dealership was extremely patient as I had requested. The only problem I had/have is their are some very "worn" spots on the driver's side leather seat....to the point where you can see white. I would not expect this from a car with just 91 miles on it. I plan to call to see if there is some solution or fix for this.
