Another satisfied customer I recently needed to bring my vehicle in for diagnosis and what became repair under warranty. My Service representative, Mick Marshall, listened to m I recently needed to bring my vehicle in for diagnosis and what became repair under warranty. My Service representative, Mick Marshall, listened to my concerns and provided a possible work-around. When that failed to resolve the problem, he immediately referred me to a on-site subject matter expert who determined my vehicle needed to come in for further examination. I then learned Carolina VW offers a concierge service that I found very convenient. David Brown drove a loaner car to my home and drove back with my car to their service department. A few hours later, Mick called to tell me the issue was found and has been resolved! An hour later, David returned my car and drove back in the loaner. I am very pleased with Carolina VW and will continue to work with them in the future. More

Tried to rip me off!!! January 27, 2018- took VW Passat in for 30,000 mile check up. Told me I needed rear brakes- $324.95. Took to another shop and told me I didn't need rear brakes. I had another 15,000 to 20,000 miles before I would need rear brakes. January 29th I called Charles Hedrick back after another shop had checked brakes on Monday. He said: he would talk to tech person. I wouldn't recommend this service dept. Although two other visits went good. But my third visit, this is what happened. More
