I had my car towed to Carolina Volkswagen because AAA roadside service said that my car problem was not a battery issue but probably a starter or an a I had my car towed to Carolina Volkswagen because AAA roadside service said that my car problem was not a battery issue but probably a starter or an alternator. (been using Carolina over 20 years) The battery in the car was a AAA battery that had been installed less than a year and half earlier (as a roadside service). Charles from CVW had a diagnostic run. He said it was the battery. Indeed it was. So AAA sent a wrecker back over to Carolina Volkswagen. I was told by AAA they would have a battery and install it . Well they didn't. They said they had to haul it to AAA Automotive a couple of miles down the road to check it out. I was not at the dealership, I was at work so Charles said, " Can't you just install the battery so the lady can have her car?" They wouldn't do it! So AAA hauled the car away and the next day admitted it was a bad battery as Charles had stated earlier. I picked up my car at the AAA place. Parts of my car were sitting in the passenger's side floorboard. I went back inside...a man came out and put my car back together. When I cranked my car a warning light came on indicating that I needed an outside light bulb. I wasn't about to go back in to AAA. I called Charles. He said come on in we'll fix you up. He and his co-worker Mick Marshall did. It was a Saturday afternoon. The work was completed in a few minutes and my car had been run through the wash when it was done, Charles & Mick you are my heroes!!! I will always be a loyal customer! AAA was ruining my weekend...you Carolina Volkswagon turned it around More

Excellent Salesmanship I went into the dealership with just looking at what it would take to trade in a previously purchased vehicle from the same dealership. The Salesman Chuck Richmond did a Fantastic job in getting the deal done without going back and forth with upper management to complete the deal. My wife and I were very Happy with everything that occurred in buying our New 2017 Passat. I have already given Chuck's business card out to a several people.
