Each time I've dealt with Carolina VW, I've had a great experience. They are very friendly, courteous and the communication is awesome! You were waiting for a part and Brian called to let me know. This was extremely helpful in order for me to adjust my calendar. This is the 1st time I've used the roundtrip shuttle service and I didn't have to wait around to get a shuttle back to work. I was in and out and due to my schedule, that means a lot. On the return, I was called just before they arrived so I was able to get some business taken care of instead of standing around waiting for their arrival. The driver was absolutely fabulous. He was also friendly, courteous and very respectful. The detailing was done well but not as good as the last time. More

Dan in sales was very nice, one of my key transmitters needed to be reprogrammed and I arrived shortly before the department was closing at 6pm on Monday, he graciously helped me reprogram my fob. I made an appointment through Brian that day for an oil change on Wednesday. I had just purchased a used VW from a Hyundai dealer that Monday and they put the wrong type of oil into the car. I had my oil changed on Wednesday in which Brian in service took care of. They made me aware that I needed new tires. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More

My previous two experiences through Carolina VW has been outstanding. John and Josh have been amazing helpful in helping me repair my 2006 Passat which has recently began to run into it's share of problems outstanding. However, each time I leave this dealership, I feel as if my car has run better than it has in a while. It should be noted that even though I live in Columbia, SC (and Wray VW is right around the corner), I still choose to drive over an hour each way to have Carolina VW work on my vehicle. I tried going to VW South first because it's so much closer to my house, but I was very unhappy with their work quality and custo service my Beetle. It's worth taking the extra drive to go to Carolina VW because I know my car will be well taken care of. Also, Carolina VW doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need.
