I have taken my car to Carolina Volkswagen for the past 8 years. Joerg has always been my "go to" guy. He is always patient with me, polite and communicates well. I suspect that working in the service department can be trying, no one likes to have car trouble not to mention the bill. I have never observed anything but a professional friendly attitude from Joerg. I also want to mention Lee, he usually does the work on my car and I have been so satisfied with his work. At a unusullay trying time for me, i had car trouble... it was expensive....he stepped in to help me understand the problem with my car. They have always treated me with respect and that is much appreciated and goes a long way. I will always use Carolina Volkswagen for service. Unless i win the lottery and upgraade to an Audi. More

It also needed to be inspected and Carolina VW was able to complete all my requests in a timely and professional manner advice/quotes on for repairs. While I did not purchase my vehicle from Carolina VW, Brian (employee I work with) treated appointment since buying my 07 Passat several months ago. Also during this visited I walked the lot to view some of the new cars, I could not have been on the lot for more than a few seconds before I was approached by a salesman and asked if I need any help. I was very impressed when Brian explained each repair to me and gave me a honest opinion of what needed to be repaired to have a safe vehicle.
