We purchased our new VW from this dealership. They were very cordial during the initial sales process. Once we began taking the car in for routine service, we realized there was a serious problem. Jorg who is one of the service advisors has absolutely no personality. Our vehicle went in for service on several occasions. The service tech. did not tighten the oil drain plug and we ended up having a large puddle of oil on our garage floor. I spoke with the service manager, Mark, and his response was insulting. The other issue had to do with our heating and air conditioning system. The dealership was so incompetent that they were unable to repair the problem after 3 attempts. We ended up taking our car to the VW south which is no better. As a last resort, we traded our VW in for a Honda. I would never recommend either of these dealerships to anyone. More

DONT REALLY KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY. JEFF STOUT IS A FAT ANGRY MAN. JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A MAN WITH HIS STATUE CAN SIT THERE AND TAKE MY KEYS AND NOT RETURN THEM BACK TO ME WHEN I ASK. Was lied too. had my car parts broken and I had to pay for them, Went in for a simple Ignition switch and was told it would take 2 hours labor, also cooling fan was not running and was told water pump was for them, Went in for a simple Ignition switch and was told it would take 2 hours labor, also cooling fan was not running and was told water pump was bad and had to replace, in which I supplied gen VW part for them to put on, in the meantime they drove my car and broke the air cond compressor and then said it took 7 hours labor to remove, and then they broke some bolts to an oil line and I had to pay to replace. Now my steering wheel is on crooked, turn signals now don't work, temp sensor not working and to top it off, I found the inneer front fender wheel well liner in the rear hatch and when I called to complain, they said I took it off. And for the piece de resistance, they did not even put on the water pump they said I needed. Lies, Lies, Lies, and charged me $966.66 for Ignition switch and 7 hours labor to put on a used air cond compressor to get my car out of there............ More
