Confirmation After passing by the dealership recently, I had my ill feeling about the deal I got for my trade-in confirmed. The resale sticker found in the window After passing by the dealership recently, I had my ill feeling about the deal I got for my trade-in confirmed. The resale sticker found in the window of my old car (the car located prominently in front on their lot) displayed a figure so close to the figure I quoted them for which the car could be sold, I was extremely dismayed. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth knowing that the car is being offered for close to the exact price I originally claimed it could be sold. It is even more bitter when this is contrasted by what little I was given for the trade-in. I realize that there are costs involved in getting it ready for resell and profit margins that must be met to meet the dealership overhead. Considering these costs, (no matter what inflated costs preparing the car for resale there is OR confabulated reasoning they can dole out) it still works out that I got the very short end of the stick on the trade. I know losing one customer means very little in the big picture to their profits or business, but it is the principle of it. I will have my car serviced elsewhere... no matter that it is farther to drive. More

I was a little hesitant and nearly walked out of the sale because the sales manager Miguel refuse to fill the tank of gas. I explained to Miguel that I drove 4 hours from Washington state to make the purchase yet he refused to fill the tank! (Selling a car with an empty tank of gas is like selling a dirty car, just poor business practice!) The sales person with whom I was working with Polo then contacted another more reasonable sales manager Manny who agreed to fill the tank of gas. Little did I know that, getting the tank of gas was just the beginning of my problems with Carr Subaru. After nearly two weeks of the purchase date, I get a phone call from Jeff (financial rep.) who tells me that he messed up my loan paperwork. Jeff not only failed to contact me sooner, he also failed to contact my bank to get a resolution! Now my temporary registration is expired, and I’m going to be making payments on a car I cannot drive. Furthermore, I will have to pay out of pocket, for a rent a car due to this clerical error. I have never encountered such a poorly operated organization. It seems as though customers of Carr Subaru pay the consequences of their employees mistakes. Carr Subaru may be great at selling brand new Subaru, however, I will caution anyone on purchasing a used car from them, especially if you live far or even out of state like myself. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way, and this mistake will cost me a few hundred dollars. I am still in the process of getting some compensation, this whole ordeal has been a nightmare. I am keen to making a more positive review if I am granted some compensation. Please folks do not make the same mistake as myself, shop around for a more trusted dealership. More
Treated well and a great price Polo and everyone I dealt with was great! And a very competitive price as well. The car was beautifully prepped and had a full tank of gas. Had a young salesperson give the test drive and it became clear quickly that he didn't know the car very well and also disparaged other car companies. We were worn out after hours at the dealership and pressured into buying a Legacy wagon at a not very good price and got an awful trade-in offer. To top it off, the loan offer we got had a terrible interest rate. Big regret buying from this dealership and never will again. More
I brought my car to Carr Subaru to help find an oil leak. They found the problem and we set up a later date to have the work done. But after the dealership gave me my car back after the first inspection I found my leather steering wheel was badly damaged, right in the area you hold the wheel. I quickly pointed it out to my service adviser Ryan Herrle, it was a Saturday and his manager Mike Wilson was not present that day. After my first talk on the phone with Mike Wilson he was already telling me not to get my hopes up because he wasn't able to picture how his staff could have done any damage. He concluded my car was in an accident, came from a different state and was not brand new. Because of those reasons Mike Wilson felt they didn't have to take any responsibility for the damage they did to my car. Overall the experience I had was very discriminatory. From what Carr Subaru's service manage Mike Wilson stated this is not a place to have your older car serviced, they take no responsibility with handling your car if its older and has miles on it. I didn't go in to have my steering wheel damaged but to find an oil leak. I guess if they put a huge dent in the fender they wouldn't of taken any responsibility either. More
My daughter needed a major service on her Subaru. Brandon was very helpful and did his best to keep the expense as reasonable as possible. Excellent customer service Brandon was very helpful and did his best to keep the expense as reasonable as possible. Excellent customer service More
Sales folk are pushy... just want to make a sale today right now. If they don't have what you want, they try to push into something else. Not familiar with product.
