It's been a long time since I bought a car. I was curious if the stereotypes about dealerships were still true, and they are. Who could have expected that the only local inventory they had of the model I wanted had all of the rip-off upgrades? Watch out for RJ in finance. He is very slimey and will try to yada-yada you into a bunch of goofy upcharges for warranties that have so many asterisks that you would never be able to actually get your money's worth. More

Sergio was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process (from initial test drive until a few days after the deal was completed).
