Great Service They were incredible about explaining insurance involvement, rental services, and exactly what they were doing to my car. Not only did they keep me up They were incredible about explaining insurance involvement, rental services, and exactly what they were doing to my car. Not only did they keep me updated, but the only day that I could pick up my car was a day the service department was closed. Eric came in on his day off to give me my car back! Great location! Will go back again if I ever need anything done on my vehicle! More

She doesnt work here anymore! So we wont stand by her pt she used location several times .prior. After last time i had a problem on contacting them was told it would be taken care of. It wasnt bc manager that t used location several times .prior. After last time i had a problem on contacting them was told it would be taken care of. It wasnt bc manager that told me that doesnt work there anymore. And whatever she told me meant nothing anymore.i was also told i could go else where if i wasnt satisfied. Maintenance experience I needed to get an oil change and decided to take it back to the dealership. The service desk was friendly and greeted me promptly. They said it wou I needed to get an oil change and decided to take it back to the dealership. The service desk was friendly and greeted me promptly. They said it would be an hour or so and they would wash the car too. Went back to get the car and all the staff were quite friendly and service was done as promised. The car wash was not the best...some parts of the car were quite obviously missed but it was 25° out, so I'm not too upset about it. Still 5 star experience and would recommend to anyone. More
