Michelle, after speaking to our General Sales Manager Amanda Siefkes, she has said that the vehicle was sold at the correct price and we agreed to fix the windshield which should be scheduled very shortly. She will be giving you a call soon to make sure all your concerns were addressed. We hope you understand that because of how quickly you purchased the vehicle from when we acquired it that we did not yet have time to address the broken windshield before it was sold. We feel this was done for your benefit and we are upset to see you feel that we are the worst dealership because of this. There are many places out there that would not have done anything after the vehicle was sold.
