Todd and everyone at Cars+ are great! I purchased from this dealership a month ago with my father in law. They have a huge inventory to choose from, even for someone like me who is looking for cars below $3,000. Everyone at the dealership was a lot of help, especially Todd. I got a very nice and reliable 99' Camry for a great price with no real issues other than a few cosmetic dings. A week after I purchased my car, without the warranty might I add, it started leaking a lot of oil. I took it to a mechanic to get it looked at and they said that my oil pump had failed and would be $1,300 to fix. I don't blame the dealer for this issue because I bought a used car AS-IS and oil pumps tend to fail especially around 180k miles. Being distraught, I called my father in law who contacting Todd at Cars Plus. He said he would take care of it immediately and bring it in first thing next morning. He and his mechanics made sure the car was in a perfect shape before giving it back and there have been no issues since! Cars Plus even used Toyota parts instead of cheap 3rd party parts to replace the oil pump in my car, and they also went ahead and changed the belt in my car too. I waited to post this review until I had put 1,000 miles on the car just to make sure everything stayed perfect. And it has!! As a student I was looking for a cheap, reliable car, and I definitely got it! I'm excited to go back to Todd eventually and buy a nicer and new car. These guys really are great. More

I called Todd to ask about a Lexus gx470. I asked if the timing belt had been changed since it needs to be at 90k miles and this car had 140k miles on it. It says on the Lexus website and all the Lexus foru timing belt had been changed since it needs to be at 90k miles and this car had 140k miles on it. It says on the Lexus website and all the Lexus forums and my Lexus tech personally told me it needs to be replaced at 90-100k miles. Todd flat out lied to me and made up a story that he was positive these have timing chains not belts and they never need replaced. After reading REAL reviews of people who have bought vehicles from this guy I would stay away. Almost every car they sell is a lemon that has been rigged to get you off the lot making it no longer their problem. They have 4 claims against them on the BBB site and if you look at there reviews on cars.com you can see Todd himself arguing with people in a very unprofessional manor. Once again this is an extremely shady run of the mill used car salesmen with no integrity who will tell you anything to sell you a car. More

This by far is the friendliest car lot I have been to. Todd was very friendly and took his time with us even though they where busy, He really worked with us and we where able to get the car she wanted on credit with them at a payment she could afford, the car has been a very very good car and every time we have been in to make a payment we have been treated like friends instead of just a number so to speak. We will definitely buy from them again and very much recommend them!! More

Surprised to find a used car dealer in this market that I was comfortable with. I needed an SUV for under $6k that was clean (I am a clean freak). We made a fair deal for both of us: I have a car I am happy with, and he made a sale. The high risk / low cost used car market is riddled with shady dealers. I trusted Todd right away. He is a very real person and I appreciate that. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an inexpensive used car. More

Todd is a blessing to me and my family! We purchased a 2003 Trailblazer from Todd. The first day I drove it, the check engine light came on so I called them. It was also making a noise under the hood. I pulled onto Cars Plus Credit lot not knowing what make or model car I wanted. Todd was very patient walking the lot discussing several of the cars in detail. Todd and Christina were both pleasant and professional. As a single woman dealing with salespeople often I am talked down to, I have even been ignored while on other lots. Todd and his staff made me feel comfortable. Recently heading into work one morning the car began to sputter. Before I could get pulled over to call Todd the check engine light came on. I was very nervous and a little frightened. When I called Todd he was very reassuring and calm, he said "its a good thing the check engine light is on we will know what to fix. Go ahead and take it to Mike (his mechanic)." As it turned out the car simply was in need of a tune up. Dropped the car off that morning Mike had it purring like a kitten by early afternoon. It is so nice to have someone I can trust. I have and will contine to recomend Cars Plus Credit to all my friends. More
