Went to body shop for 8 days and was told they painted the whole hood. Picked up vehicle and found it completely filthy. Rubbing compound all over hood, windshield and front of vehicle which showed they didn't paint hood. Told it was fron the rain which it obviously wasn't. Inside of drivers side full of dirt and mud including door panel. Service rep and supervisor both misrepresented what was done to vehicle. Poor customer service. Vets unable to claim rebate unless financed with Toyota which is morally wrong if you're paying cash More
