Robert became my service contact when I arrived with the check engine light on. He explained what that met and the process used to trace down the cause and to I,D. the required corrective action. The parts depot replacement part that was sent overnight was not the correct one and Robert's team had to explain it all to the depot team and wait overnight again for the correct part to be arrive. Correct part in hand Robert's team was able to fix the problem and return my car. All work was done in a very professional manner. I will ask for him again when I need service. More
