Service writer could have been clearer in explaining total charge. Told me there was a $170 troubleshooting charge then when he called me with the estimate to make repairs he quoted a total of $700 and total charge. When I went to pick up my truck the total was $930 with the added troubleshooting. Wouldn't have been as shocked if he had quoted the total total when he called for authorization to make repairs.
