Before we went to Carson Honda, we went on their website and looked at various models. We were impressed by the price listed, which is much lower compared to other Honda dealers in the area. Shortly after we sent our request, a sales guy Caddy called, we made an appointment for the next day. At the dealership we were greeted by Caddy, who turned out to be courteous and very knowledgeable, he knew everything about the CR-V we were looking at, and was able to answer every question we had. Test-drive went great, and I would recommend anyone before buying a car to test drive it and get a full experience. The negotiation part went easier than I thought, in the past we had run into sales people that are pushy and don't really give a crap. Our sales guy was actually nice (finally they do exist!), he was funny too, and that made the tense discussions more smooth. Overall, car-buying really isn't so bad, if you get the right sales people. More
