Horrible service. NO INTEGRITY at all. Sold us a used car knowing that there was an issue. I guess there is a reason that Carson Honda is one of the only few Honda dealers that doesn't guarantee your sa car knowing that there was an issue. I guess there is a reason that Carson Honda is one of the only few Honda dealers that doesn't guarantee your satisfaction for 5 days after you drive off the lot even for used cars. I guess I now know why. When we took it back they didn't fix it until we had to make 2 separate trips. At that time is was "fixed to the best of their ability," not to mention that we live over 30 miles away and getting there in LA traffic isn't easy. Wouldn't recommend Carson Honda to my worse enemy. DON'T GO!! There are several other Honda dealerships that give exceptional service and have integrity. More
