Great experience. I came in yesterday to get my car checked out. The check engine light was on and there was a strange burning smell coming from under the hood. I explained everything to Carlos and he was very accommodating. He explained everything in detail and told me they would take care of it ASAP. A couple hours later he called me and told me everything was taken care of the car was ready. He was very helpful and I had a great experience overall for my first time being there. More

was ok. but they can do better I stop by to get an oil change. I get off my car and no body say nothing to me, was 3 service writers two of them busy one wasn't after 5 minutes stan I stop by to get an oil change. I get off my car and no body say nothing to me, was 3 service writers two of them busy one wasn't after 5 minutes standing there I walk in and ask for service and the guy who waswas all the way in the right alone didn't even say hi. As soon as I started walking he's way he said they take care of you very rude ( -1 star). I when outside and wait againagain 5min. finally Luis helped me out he was very friendly and polite (3 stars). Service wasn't express they take almost one hour for just the oil changechange (-1/2 star), cashier didn't say a word she wasn't rude but she wasn't nice or politepolite ( - 1/2 star). She just charge me ask me credit or debit.. Those where the points I didn't like but overall was ok I guess. they have done it much better, faster and nicer. More
