I paid for a 30k service. Months later I was faced with the potential of having to pay for a repair that I didn't think I should have to pay for. Long story short, the Carson service department placed a higher value on keeping me as a long term customer than to argue against my point. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Carson. I am happy to have found a service department that values me as a customer. More
