what a dealership should be we was seen to by JJ and also had help from Evelyn and a couple of guys in the finance. we are from overseas so all quite new to us buying a car in th we was seen to by JJ and also had help from Evelyn and a couple of guys in the finance. we are from overseas so all quite new to us buying a car in the US . we tried a few other dealers and did not really get the help we were looking or feel confident with what we was being told but here we did. everything was explained to us and the staff we dealt with were all super positive and happy to help explain things to us and how things worked. as we were unable to get finance due to just arriving we brought an almost brand new car cash and in doing so got a really great deal. far better than was on offer else were. look forward to upgrading with them in a years time or so More

Open Sunday Problem: Car was over heating. I called on Sunday, to ask if Service was open. The answer was Yes. What a relief. We were north of Downtown LA. D Problem: Car was over heating. I called on Sunday, to ask if Service was open. The answer was Yes. What a relief. We were north of Downtown LA. Drove to Carson with A/C off & windows open. Left car. Nissan Shuttle drove us home. (Don't like that Plexiglas divider between the front & back seats.) Carlos called later & told us how much he knew then, about the problem. It was around 4pm. So that was good. And then Monday, Carlos called he gave me all the details & costs. Good experience. More

He was an attentive listener to my issues with my car and clearly was able to convey the p The customer service provided by Jeff Morgan was fabulous! He explained to me what needed to be done to fix the problem as well, and told me that it would be done within a day. The service department found an additional small problem with an oil leak and fixed that as well. Both issues were resolved in the time Jeff had specified. Having driven from Las Vegas to Redondo Beach and recognizing I would have to return to LV, I was extremely happy that Carson Nissan was able to assist me so quickly and efficiently.
