Great I when in for oil change and spoke with Roy he help me out my car was upgraded to free maintenance for 24 months due to my transmission blew out and m I when in for oil change and spoke with Roy he help me out my car was upgraded to free maintenance for 24 months due to my transmission blew out and my car is only 2 years old and i was able to get my maintenance and oil changes without the paper work i was waiting for from nissan consumer affairs it was taking them almost 2 months for me to receive. Excellent Customer Service I have been leasing Nissan cars for 8 years. Linda Webber (currently working at Carson Nissan) has been extremely good to us, which is why we always g I have been leasing Nissan cars for 8 years. Linda Webber (currently working at Carson Nissan) has been extremely good to us, which is why we always go to her. Her customer service is genuine and she does everything in her power to give the customer exactly what they want. I also was helped by a young man that goes by JJ. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and informed me on what i needed to know. He was very knowledgeable on the product and that is what I want to see when it comes to these types of expenses.
