Great experience for a first time buyer! I had been dreading the day I needed to get a new car. I always thought that it would be the most stressful thing. I went to another dealer and ha I had been dreading the day I needed to get a new car. I always thought that it would be the most stressful thing. I went to another dealer and had a difficult time trusting their staff, they were aggressive and did not provide the same level of customer service at Carson Nissan. I was price shopping and Lai-ce was quick to give a quote I requested. She gave one of the better quotes I received from multiple dealers. Working with Lai-ce over email and phone was great, she was informative and honest. She returned my emails and calls promptly. I had a great experience test driving the car with Pepe, he allowed me to take my time and really get a feel for the two Rogues I test drove. When I came back to finalize, I got to test drive it again and Lai-ce was very patient to make sure I really felt comfortable with the car. I felt really comfortable working with Lai-ce because she is very transparent and her energy is very real. Everyone made the process easy for me including Shawn and JJ. So far, I'm really happy with the car and am grateful to Carson Nissan for your outstanding commitment to your customers. Thank you very much! More
