Went to the dealership on Sunday June 7, 2015 to have an oil change on a Nissan Versa I had done my research in purchasing a new car on Edmund.com. Went to the dealership on Sunday June 7, 2015 to have an oil change on a Nissan Versa I already owned. The dealership was a bit busy so I decided to walk the lot just to see what was available. Jan Josef "JJ" Anglo (Product Specialist) approached me and I showed him my Versa print-outs from Edmunds and I was told there would be no problem matching the price. Irvin Vasquez (Asst. Sales Manager) and JJ walked me through their inventory, and unfortunately the color I wanted wasn't on the lot. Mr. Anglo drove out to Anaheim to get the desired car I wanted. To say the service I received from the 2 gentlemen was OUTSTANDING would be an understatement. They went over and beyond great customer service.!!!! Every step of the way was explained to me, and yes I left with a new 2015 Versa SV for the price I wanted. The service department has always provided exceptional service and I look forward to many more years as a Nissan owner.
