He was so patient, respectful, helpful, and continuously checked up on us wen there were hiccups in the process. He took me for a test drive, told me he'd do all he can to get us the deal we set out for ourselves to make this happen. Unlike our experience at Hooman where everyone was basically uncaring and disrespectful, not to mention going back on their work to put our request in writing in the Do Bill, there at Carson Nissan everyone worked with us to get us a better =deal in a newer vehicle with fewer miles on it at the terms WE established AND my experience there was AMAZING. They let me ring the bell after my deal was set. More

I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to give them a call to see what their promotion was all about. I've never been so happy about a car, I ended driving off their lot with the brand new 2015 Nissan Altima with only 9 miles on the vehicle. They've even allow me to ring a new buyers bell. Early the next morning Christina had communicated the cost of the repair, offered to charge and clean the car, and promised it all done before the end of the day. By 2pm she called back letting me know the car was ready for pickup. When I picked it up the next day she was courteous and informed about what had been done to the car. It was a really good experience, in no small part due to the friendliness and efficiency of Christina Martinez. More

An authentically helpful and sincere staff, great experience Last night, after six weeks of research, my family drove of the Carson Nissan lot with a 2015 Pathfinder. We're a young family on one income, and we s Last night, after six weeks of research, my family drove of the Carson Nissan lot with a 2015 Pathfinder. We're a young family on one income, and we shopped extensively to find the perfect car for the perfect price. Going from dealership to dealership, we grew frustrated dealing with manipulative salesmen and managers, who seemed unable to comprehend how important this decision was for us, and never really had our best interest in mind--everywhere we went we felt the pressure to buy. About two weeks ago we stopped by the Carson Nissan lot just before closing. My wife had spoken with Eugene, a salesman over the phone, and when we showed up Eugene's colleague JJ helped us do a test drive of the Pathfinder. JJ was really friendly and easy to be around, and allowed us to have our own experience with the car. After the drive, he said, "My managers would like to meet you," and led us inside. My red flag went up--this has happened before, the really odd managers trying to coerce a last minute sale before leaving the lot. Instead, I met a very calm friendly man named Irvin, who said that Eugene had told him that we were really nice customers and he wanted to help us. That was it, no pressure, just a smile and handshake and we said farewell. Over the next week Eugene worked with us over phone and text to iron out the details of the deal. He gave us hours and hours of help and attention, trying to get things just right, and being patient when we changed our mind about one thing or another. When it came to numbers--he gave it to us straight, giving us a very good deal up front so we didn't need to play hide the peanut with negotiations. Once everything had been figured out, I brought the family into the dealership and JJ helped me through the final paperwork while they washed the car in the back. Irvin sat with my wife and I to sign everything, which took only 10 minutes or so, and we were given the keys to our new Pathfinder at a price we felt great about. JJ and Irvin waved us off, and Eugene sent us a text to congratulate us since he was unable to be there. After visiting a dozen dealerships, this was the only one I encountered where we felt genuinely taken care of and seen as a family, not just the next sale. I strongly support this business.
