I was delighted when it only took Chris Ayala and his team just a day to not only diagnose, but also fix, my car with a computer update. The cost was far below what I had anticipated and I left very happily the next day with my car. Chris was friendly and I didn't have to wait at all when I brought my car in and picked it up. I went in Danilo Echeverria greeted us and we told him we was just looking at rogues we wanted specifically a 2014 because it would be cheaper. He showed us a couple of cars said give him a min he wanted to introduce us to a sales manager. I told my wife here comes the bait and switch. We were introduced to Irvin Vasquez he was an assistant sales manager. Irvin is the man he told us if i can get you the same price of a 2014 but put you in a 2015 what would you think. I said that you would be lying lol. He was excellent in every category very caring understanding man I loved my experience. I bought my car last year from Hooman Nissan because of the lifetime oil change man I rather pay for my oil change DO NOT GO THERE what people write on yelp is true. They lied about everything Hooman only care about money and your signature after that they are MIA. In short DONT TRUST THIS PLACE HOOMAN SUCK!! The interior is also a purchasing point! Our experience with salesman Christian Garcia was super. He was not pushy, took the time to show us all options, and was very respectful and sincere! I could not have asked for a better salesman. He new so much about the Rogue and all Nissans for that matter, very knowledgable. He even made sitting for finance a pleasant experience. Congratulations Carson Nissan for finding and encouraging a salesman like Christian Garcia, what a valuable asset you have! BTW my daughter could not be happier with her car!
