I had an excellent experience with Roberto Romero. When he informed me that I would need almost $800 worth of work done to my '05 Nissan I informed him I had purchased an Extended Warranty. He checked the records and it appeared that because of my miles I was out of warranty. I said that couldn't be possible as I recall having at least 2-3 more years of my warranty. He contacted Nissan and they verified an error was made re: the miles. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. He deserves a raise! More

Eugene Cho gave me a call and we talked, he asked what my situation was and after talking with him, he told me that he felt Carson Nissan would be able to bless me with purchasing a new vehicle. We made an appointment that I was unable to keep. Eugene followed up with an email and phone call and we did all the paperwork and made an appointment to come in on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11:00. I'm proud to say that I have never experienced such a major purchase so easily and smoothly.
