When I called, Fernando Luquin was very helpful answering all of my questions, informed me of other important information and we set an appointment. Although he was unable to attend the appointment, he called to notify me of the change, wrote down all of the details I wanted for my new car and offered to help however he could during the process. I was impressed and felt comfortable to move forward. The day of the appointment my boyfriend and I met with Ethaniel Baxter, who was very friendly and helpful. We reviewed the detailed notes Fernando had left and he brought over the exact 2015 Nissan Altima SV that I had asked for, plus it had extra features that I wanted but did not know would be included. DJ, the sales manager, was great and efficient during the purchase process. Fernando and Ethaniel have gone beyond expectations of service which is greatly appreciated.
