I went online early one morning to look at the Altimas and requested informati Awesome experience at Carson Nissan dealing with both Ruben and Lai-Ce. I went online early one morning to look at the Altimas and requested information from the dealership, and received information from Lai-Ce very soon after. After exchanging a few emails back and forth and getting the information I requested with little hassle, I decided to head to the dealership and test drive one. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lai-Ce and Ruben and it was a outstanding experience throughout the process. Ruben explained all the features very thoroughly throughout the test-drive and was very personable. Lai-Ce did a great job working out a deal that made both sides happy, even though I was a little tough to deal with I am sure with wanting the best deal. She continuously kept her cool and friendly attitude and explained that they do not want me to walk out over a few dollars a month. We eventually came up with a deal and I walked out feeling great about the experience. Ruben ensured that everything was explained again prior to leaving the dealership and that if I had questions in the future about the vehicle that I had his direct cell number. Highly recommend doing business with Carson Nissan (especially Ruben and Lai-Ce)! More

Great customer service On October , 2014, I went to Carson Nissan to trade in my 201 Nissan Sentra. I was determined to upgrade my Sentra to a Nissan Altima. The salesman On October , 2014, I went to Carson Nissan to trade in my 201 Nissan Sentra. I was determined to upgrade my Sentra to a Nissan Altima. The salesman who assisted me was Justin Murillo. Mr. Justin provided incredible customer services, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and determine to have me drive out the dealership with the car of my choice. I drove out the dealership with a 2014 Nissan Altima thanks to Justin. I would definitely refer people to Carson Nissan; and also have them ask for Justin Murillo because he was such an awesome salesman. More
