Best dealership experience I've ever had. My salesman was John Ancheta. He is amazing. I was upside down in my trade. John listens. Lack of Communication Overall experience was a total disappointment. I took my car in Tuesday afternoon hoping for the car to be fixed. As soon as I left, within the 20 min Overall experience was a total disappointment. I took my car in Tuesday afternoon hoping for the car to be fixed. As soon as I left, within the 20 minutes my car experienced the same trouble it had before I took it into the dealer. Wednesday of the next day I dropped by at 7 am for a second round of inspection; however, second visit was worst because they had my car in for 9 hours and I, the customer, had to call in to check for progress when it should of been them. Within the call "Carlos" told me my car was going to stay overnight. It is ridiculous knowing they've had my car sitting in their building for 9 hours with no progress of any sort. It is frustrating how inconsiderate they are with my time and money. Clearly that $250 did not solve any problems. More

Confidence in car dealerships restored....Thanks After being taken advantage from dealerships near our home for years we came to rely on recommendations from friends and family when investing in vehi After being taken advantage from dealerships near our home for years we came to rely on recommendations from friends and family when investing in vehicles so when a family member suggested us to buy a car from Carson Nissan the first thing that came to mind was how far they were located. We were recommended to call Salesmen Robert Arriaga. We called him and he suggested us to check out their website for any vehicle my wife would be interested in because we were traveling from such a far distance (West Covina to Carson). She found a vehicle she wanted and called Robert to setup an appointment the next day. I was impressed with Robert’s professionalism and friendliness. What impressed me the most was how he made us feel as if he was working for us thru the whole process. We ran into a few small credit issues and my wife was worried she might not get the vehicle after all but after speaking to Robert and his boss Randy they were able to find us the best financing, warranty and other things included we didn’t think to ask for.
