It was always good, and the reason I drive a few miles to Carson Nissan instead of less than 1 mile to the Hooman Nissan right up the street from my house - no comparison. I won't waste any time even giving Hooman a bad review, but... went once, and never will again. I say even better with the service at Carson Nissan, because I have noticed someone, and last couple times it's been Christina Martinez, who has come out to greet me as I'm getting out of my car! Seems like such a small thing, but really adds to my feeling welcome, they will make time for me, and take care of both me and my car. Christina was not around when my car was finished; I believe it was Jeff who finished up the paperwork, and he was equally friendly and made sure I was happy. Aside from that popcorn oil that tends to permeate almost everything by mid-afternoon in the lounge (a nice service to offer a snack, but hopefully come up with something else?), I will continue to come here. Very, very happy with them! More

Fernando is AWESOME! As a sales professional myself, I greatly appreciated his pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, and politeness. He was more than willing to go above and beyond to help me both during the buying process, and has continued to do the same post purchase as I continue to learn more about my new car, which is also the first electric car I've ever owned! So with that said alone, I appreciate his help all the more. If you want to deal with a truly nice guy during the usually stressful car buying process, Fernando is the person to seek out. More

Purchasing my Car, was a wonderful experience!!!! we wanted to start looking for a new car but I wasn't sure of the type of car I was looking for. Either a Toyota, Honda or Nissan, so we went to Cars we wanted to start looking for a new car but I wasn't sure of the type of car I was looking for. Either a Toyota, Honda or Nissan, so we went to Carson Nissan first and I was looking for a certain type of body. Oscar was on the lot and I told him what I wanted he showed me different models but I was impressed with the Altima, everything was very comfortable the ride the drive. I was convinced by the first drive that was the car I wanted. I have had it for a week and I truly love it. Oscar was very patient and he answered every question I had. even after the sales he called me a few days later to see that I was completely satisfied. I rate him with a 10. Thank you for making my car experience a very pleasant one. More
