With the price, kindness, and hard work of these individuals, I would highly recommend anyone to come to Carson Nissan. Im a Teen and have never been through the car buying process and with my first new car, I couldn't have left this dealership more satisfied than I was. John Ancheta showed me how everything in my car worked, helped me set up my blue tooth, stations, etc. Lisa Melkonian made the paper work process fast & easy, in explaining in full detail everything that was necessary and important. People with personalities are highly needed these days and I loved how Lisa made the conversations fun throughout the paperwork process. Since my car had come with the LowJack System, I had gone two days after purchasing my vehicle to have it installed at the Service Center where the hours of operation are great. Chris Ayala saw me and was quick to make sure he helped me out. He took down some info and I waited patiently in the waiting room during the installation process. The waiting process wasn't bad at all since they had vending machines, popcorn and nice seating. After about an hour wait, Chris called me back up, explained the registration process to the LowJack System and made sure I understood. I left the Service Center satisfied yet again. Don't think twice about this dealership and just go, you won't regret it! More
