Great Service. I did not purchase my Nissan Maxima from this dealership. Initially I just came to this dealership because of the convenient service hours that they p I did not purchase my Nissan Maxima from this dealership. Initially I just came to this dealership because of the convenient service hours that they provide. They open at 7AM, most other dealership service hours begin at 9:00 or 10:00 AM. However, after Christina Martinez assisted me with my vehicle I knew that this was the place that I should keep coming back to. This notion was validated even more during my last visit on Friday June 20th 2014. I was taking in my vehicle for a routine oil change and services on the brakes. While they worked on my vehicle however, they discovered that there was an oil leak. I was not charged for repairing it because my extended warranty still covered this which was awesome in my opinion. Christina helped me out to the best of her abilities. She suggested that I leave the car with them and she provided me with a rental free of charge on the spot. I took advantage of this and picked my vehicle up in the afternoon. My Maxima drove like a dream. Christina also recommended other services that I may need on my vehicle soon and even suggested in what order I should take care of those problems so that there wouldn't be such a strain on my pocket and no harm would come to my vehicle at the same time. Christina Martinez is definitely a professional, friendly and a courteous person. I definitely recommend that you service your vehicle with Carson Nissan and have Christina advise you on the matter. More

Great customer service I went in already knowing the car I wanted having visited 5 dealerships previously. All throughout, Larry was exceptionally courteous and didn't try t I went in already knowing the car I wanted having visited 5 dealerships previously. All throughout, Larry was exceptionally courteous and didn't try the emotional-manipulation crap that has become a staple in the car industry. He's a bit young, but so am I. I saw nothing but professionalism from him and gave him the same. In the end, I decided not to buy same day, at which point his manager Steve comes over and tries to guilt trip me into buying the car, saying things like "I spent an hour and a half calling the bank for you" and "this man works on commission, you're just going to let him waste three hours??" Well Steve, I spent the better half of the last there hours waiting and will not spend an extra thousand dollars just because you try to make me feel guilty. I kind've wish I said that but didn't want to burn bridges, cause they really were giving me the cheapest deal in ALL of Socal, just wasn't sure if I wanted that exact 2.5 S model yet (no upgrades, but good deal). At this point Steve offers his hand for a shake and walks out, and Larry comes back (was helping someone else) and was very nice. I am writing this review as a sign of respect to the pleasant experience I had (with him). I strongly recommend this dealer if anyone wants to buy a 2014 Nissan Altima 2.5 S model and wants to save money. Great car, great price. More

Wonderful experience I originally took my sister in law to look at used cars. Ethaniel AKA "EZ" was very patient with us as we looked through their large selection of auto I originally took my sister in law to look at used cars. Ethaniel AKA "EZ" was very patient with us as we looked through their large selection of automobiles. We ended up test driving a new 2014 Nissan Sentra as it look very elegant and gas friendly. Once we test drove the car we immediately knew this was the car for us. Once Ethaniel took us in to his office to negotiate a price i knew this guy was something special. He made us feel very comfortable and really understood where we were coming from, financially. He worked with us and helped us get THE BEST deal possible! I have to say, even i was surprised with the final number. All in all, i have to say this was the best car buying experience I've had in many years. I love this place, and i will continue recommending people to this location. More
