Amazing Car Buying Experience at Carson Nissan This past Memorial Day I went out to Carson Nissan to look for a car. Being a 21-year-old full-time college student with no prior car buying experienc This past Memorial Day I went out to Carson Nissan to look for a car. Being a 21-year-old full-time college student with no prior car buying experience, I was a little bit skeptical when I arrived at the dealership. As I walked into the building I was greeted by John. We began to talk and he assured me that there was no pressure to buy a car that day. He showed me around the dealership so that I could get a look at some of the vehicles I had interest in. There I saw the New 2014 Nissan Frontier, so I asked John if I could take a closer look. We got inside the truck and 15 minutes later I was able to go for a test drive. During the drive John told me about all the features the New Nissan Frontier had to offer. From the 4.0 Liter V-6 Engine to the Hands-Free Bluetooth Phone System, John knew everything there is to know about this truck. By the time we got back to the dealership I knew this was the "one" for me. As John was getting the paperwork ready, the dealerships General Manager Preston came through and introduced himself to me. He wanted to know if there was anything I needed or any questions I had about the cars. He was extremely polite and just wanted to come by and say "hello". I thought that was pretty cool that he came by and hung out with me for a bit, we even talked a little baseball (Dodgers v. Angels). Overall I am immensely impressed with the overall quality of work at Carson Nissan. They were very helpful and made my car buying experience a positive one. I would recommend Carson Nissan to anyone looking for a car. If you do decide to go there ask for John and be sure that he helps you out. After the purchase I received two calls from the salesman asking about the quality of the car and if there was anything he could help with. So the purchase part of the experience was great. The quality of the service has been just as stellar. No pressure. Short wait times. The people are on the ball and organized. I highly recommend this dealership. So far I have seen no sign of the kind of shady, nasty practices you'd associate with dealerships, and I hope it stays that way. More

Ask for Oscar I was finally ready to buy my first new truck ever. I had built the perfect truck using the Nissan website and new exactly what I wanted. We knew ther I was finally ready to buy my first new truck ever. I had built the perfect truck using the Nissan website and new exactly what I wanted. We knew there was a close Nissan to us in Carson so my wife and I took a trip, just to see if there was one like I had made online. After parking, we headed straight for the trucks as to say "We know where it is, thank you". I was able to check out one that look close, see what I like and don' like and how it was different from my "online truck". This was beyond appreciated. Not being pressured when you first get there and feeling like I could take my own time was such a great start. When I was ready to ask some questions, I looked up and Oscar's smiling face was ready to walk over to me and assist. We were so fortunate to get such a warm, friendly, helpful sales person. We told him what I was looking for, he got the other members of the team on it (Ervin is beyond nice as well) and by the time we got back from a test drive in the truck that was close to mine, they had found my truck. It was at their lot and was delivered in 30 min. Even the paper work went so smoothly, I don't think many people get to have this experience buying a car, but it will change the way you think. Buy your vehicle here and the headache, stress, nervousness, uncertainty of getting the vehicle that is right for you will be soon forgotten and a thing of the past. More
